How can we make the UserVoice platform better?

Make Admin Console mobile-optimized OR build a mobile app for Admins
If you're on the go, it would be wonderful to be able to manage your UserVoice Admin Console from your mobile. Right now the Admin Console is not mobile-friendly. It would be ideal if it were, or if there were an app for managing it.

Limit suggestions, voting, etc to approved registered users; allow anon user to view all
This leaves it open but avoids fraudulent votes

hide total votes for an idea
In certain feedback circumstances, I would like to obtain votes without the user seeing how others are voting.
This would always be in a private forum, and I would never show the voting totals other than to the admin.
Users definately adjust their voting behavior when they know an idea isn't getting many votes.

Allow admins to reorder forums in the right column
Currently the order is forced to be alphabetically. This is almost never the relevant order.

allow forums to see more user data
I'd like to be able to see users who have signed up and logged into uservoice via my forum.
We want to determine how successful our campaign has been including people who just come to view ideas even if they don't post an idea or comment themselves.

Allow read-only access to a forum
We use 2 forums. One internal (for our employees) and one external (for our customers). I would like our employees to have read-only access to the customer forum but because we have an SSO setup this is not possible at the moment.

Integrate Inspector with LinkedIn/Facebook
I'd like to be able to integrate Inspector with LinkedIn/Facebook for additional information on the user (similar to how Rapportive pulls in info)

Handle escape characters in CSV imports
I'm attempting an import from a CSV file that I created by querying a MySQL database containing our current idea exchange and exporting the results as CSV (so not from Excel).
Would be great if you had or published escape sequences for escaping characters like quote, double-quote and commas that appear in the title or description field.

Show the user id on all admin forums.
All of our users exist through our SSO implementation. If two users have the same user name and no email address, it is impossible to distinguish them in the admin console by any means. It would be extremely helpful to show the guid user id in addition to the user name and email address on admin screens.
This is the existing information in the heading of the User form.

Email/UI notifications by idea category
We have multiple product managers with different areas of interest so we have multiple admins in User Voice. With our default forum, we have set up categories for each of the areas of interest. It would be great if the email alerts and dashboards could be rule based. If the category is x it goes to x product manager email. If the category is y then it goes to y product manager email.

In the admin area, use a normal browser scroll bar
You've implemented a custom scroll bar for long pages in the user admin area. This is very annoying as it doesn't respond to up and down keys, or scrolling a whole page at a time by clicking below/above the drag bar.
This is annoying and unnecessary - what's wrong with the good-old browser scroll bar? It may not look as nice but it integrates perfectly with the interaction patterns of the user's chosen OS.

Have a shortcut to send replies
keyboard shortcuts are so important for those of us who spend all day on uservoice. Of do these already exist and I just can't find them?

Integrate in Webkit Notifications for when new tickets come in
For browsers that support it, it would be awesome to have desktop notifications. So if the browser window is collapsed or on a different desktop, we can see that a new ticket has been created. This is a W3C accepted javascript API.

Optimise the experience for Mozilla Prism
Optimise the experience for using user voice as a web app. I have had particular issues with the login process.

Make link to public idea from admin more obvious
Couldn't find a way to go to the idea (on the main site, where users comment and vote) from the admin. If the link is there somewhere, could be worth making it more obvious.

Editable Date Filter on Analytics reports
It'd be very helpful if I could change the date range on Analytics reports so that it's easier to drill down on metrics (ticket counts, article trends, etc.) in a variety of timeframes.

Notify specific admins when adding a note
When creating a note on an idea, it seem like a good idea to be able to notify other specific admins of the note (and the idea).

"Add a comment" dialog should not overlap idea text, or be moveable
I typically add comments to new ideas in the Admin view, and the "Add Comment" sort-of-dialog appears right over the idea text. And it can't be moved. So I can't see most of the text I'm replying to.
