features around fraudulent votes

First, how does it count fraudulent votes? I suspect it it overcounting for us. And second, it should be an Admin setting to turn this off.

I checked around, and it seems that votes are counted as fraudulent when a registered and anonymous user vote from the same machine. My guess is that UserVoice hasn’t totally prohibited fraudulent voting because multiple people could be using the same workstation, and their votes should be counted.

It's great to have that data, but what do we do with it? Can we adjust the overall vote total?

I've got a big problem with fraudulent votes being reported on pcampatl.uservoice.com. Not sure if it is due to actual fraud or just the handling of anonymous votes, but the data doesn't make sense
