Open source UserVoice's translation system
Offer to the developers a way to translate easily their website like http://translate.uservoice.com/
I may be in as a plan or open source (awesome)

This would be a great addition to uservoice services ! We would definitely pay for this extra feature. There is already a couple websites offering translation crowdsourcing services (http://www.getlocalization.com, http://crowdin.net) but I would rather have it all in uservoice in order to better engage our top contributing users.

Here is the similar opensource system (MIT license). Integrates into existing site.
Docs are provided
features - scripts to update db, generate files, user notification, etc:http://vohtaski.blogspot.com/2011/09/crowd-collaborative-translation-rails.html

I agree on this, though support for .po files would be even better.

Really interested about your translate service. Can you share how it is done and if you have plan to add to your products list ?

I am implementing a system very similar to this one. If there is an interest, I can opensource it and put it on github. It is written in Rails.
