Only the tab
How about the only thing you have is your "feedback & support" tab and absolutely nothing else so that people know what you're about.
Then after a few seconds you have a big arrow pointing to the tab.
Then you say this .... is what we do and have all the bits that are on the present uservoice.com pace appear slowly
just an idea!

Provide a list of UserVoice-specialized designers
My company would like to use the custom CSS and/or HTML facility, but getting a designer up to speed on the UserVoice HTML seems like a waste of time. There must be designers out there who have customized UserVoice for multiple clients. Some kind of professional directory would really help us save time/money implementing UV.

Clarify the free plan with a FAQ for Pricing
- Can I use the free plan forever?
It keeps referring to a 30 day free trial - so I'm unsure if I can use the free option for more than 30 days.
