Set tickets to be unassigned by default

Don’t want a default assignee for your tickets? No problem!

  1. Sign in to the Admin Console
  2. Click on "Settings" in the Admin Header.
  3. Choose "Tickets" from the drop down menu.
  4. Scroll down to "Rules" and edit your default rule
  5. Click the minus button next to the action “Assign ticket to”
  6. Click “Update rule”
