Get notified by email when a new ticket comes in

By default, Admins will be notified when new tickets are assigned to them. But if you’d like to be notified about every single new ticket, you can do this by:

  1. Signing in to the Admin Console
  2. Clicking your gravatar icon to the right of Settings
  3. Clicking “Notifications”
  4. Checking the box for “All New Tickets”
  5. Clicking “Save settings”
