We’re still looking into this. Quick question: if we had yourdomain.uservoice.com/feedback redirect to your default forum, would that be acceptable? Is this as big an issue for forums other than your default?

This is definitely something we’d like to do (and not just because I have an Android!). It’s on the roadmap, but we currently don’t have the developer resources as there are other projects in progress. If anyone wants to contribute or knows an Android developer looking for work, do let us know. :)

This feature is now activated on all accounts! And thank goodness, we’ve been dying to use it ourselves. :)
We’ll now automatically save your ticket responses and notes while you type. If you navigate away and return, your text will still be there!
Please note that fellow Admins will NOT see your drafted responses or notes.
Enjoy, and let us know if you have any issues or feedback!

We now thread tickets more aggressively based on subject and sender.

Don't see any reason not to try it...if there are any major downsides, they should become clear pretty quick.

Agent signatures are here!
You can add yours by visiting the “my Profile” link in the upper left-hand corner of the admin console. The signature box is just under the “title” field.
Once you have saved your signature, it will appear once you click in to the ticket message textarea. Also note that your signature will appear under any inserted canned responses.
Cheers,
Mark

Agree with the reasoning, though I'd want to see it to figure out if it was too busy. +2

The admin title (if set) and company are now listed to the right of the admin name on our new site design. Not on the new design? Email support@uservoice.com to get switched to it.

Nice to have, but not a priority given the volume of ideas and our resources. Therefore unfortunately we will not be implementing this soon.

Hey Laura,
You can close a ticket without responding by clicking the gear icon in the upper right of the ticket and choosing "Close ticket".
Your other suggestion is totally valid though - I'm going to modify the text of this idea to represent that idea specifically.
Cheers!
