The ability for your end-users to add attachments to ideas is now available on our Premium and Ultimate plans (if you’re on a legacy plan, that would be Bronze and Gold)!
To activate:
1. Sign in to the Admin Console
2. Go to Feedback Settings
3. Click “Enable” next to Idea AttachmentsThanks to everyone for their patience and persistence regarding this idea! Please let us know if you have any issues or feedback.

Set it up by community as an option. Being able to post a screen shot or word document would allow a user to submit a near specification of what is needed. Text is limited.

Agree that the number of votes improves the quailtiy of the voting however what we would like to do is to be able to reward various users. Such as giving an extra vote each time they serve as a reference (we have a formal reference program that tracks the calls), joining a user group (we have some free user groups and some that are paid). etc. The idea is that is to provide a reward
adding tags that can be searched would help reduce the number of duplicate items and would allow the user to search for areas of the system that they are interested in much more quickly
