We try to educate users through the out of votes dialog that pops up. You can also up the vote limit or remove it all together.

This has been added in our new Admin Console.

In early 2010 we rolled out new email notifications that inherit the site’s logo and background color.

We’ve made several improvements to this over the last couple of months, including a “Post a new idea…” link in the forum sidebar and additional links when searching for ideas.

We will definitely be considering allowing White-labeling as an “a la carte” option, but we will not be including it in all plans for free. This is a key way for us to get value from free plans (which cost us on the server end but don’t make any money).

Over the last year we’ve transitioned to a “per seat” (admin) based pricing structure. At this time, we have no plans to add any per-feature pricing.

In addition to our Feedback product, we’ve recently made the Basic plan for our Helpdesk and Full Service products FREE. :)
