With the launch of UserVoice Full Service (http://ar.gy/cuk) we’re now providing helpdesk functionality baked directly into UserVoice, so we won’t be integrating with Zendesk. You can, as always, export any info you’d like to move to Zendesk, and we will be working on an importer for your Zendesk content.

Hey all,
Love the enthusiasm, but it’s going to be impossible to keep track of which integrations are most popular via the comments. Please add your votes and comments to these individual integration requests:
FogBugz: http://bit.ly/iHwr0K
Lighthouse: http://bit.ly/kw1KrK
Trac: http://bit.ly/ilcJ0b
Unfuddle: http://bit.ly/lM6l1n
Redmine: http://bit.ly/juwg0u
Don’t see the service you want here? Create an idea requesting it.
Thanks!

In early 2010 we rolled out new email notifications that inherit the site’s logo and background color.
If you’re interested in customizing your email template, consider voting for http://feedback.uservoice.com/forums/1-product-feedback/suggestions/208779-allow-admins-to-edit-email-templates.

Our iPhone SDK is now available! All accounts can get the SDK if they install it before Jan 1, 2011 – after which it will be available on Tin and above plans. Head to http://uservoice.com/iphone to check it out.

While we agree that it should be as easy as possible to interact on a UserVoice forum, we also think that discussion requires some level of humanity to it, which the name “Anonymous” doesn’t provide. Our new sign-in system allows Unconfirmed accounts just like a blog commenting system, which only require an email address and a name. Find out more: http://blog.uservoice.com/2010/07/13/preview-new-uservoice-sign-in-system/

We don’t require a password for OpenID logins. The username and password is presented IF we find an account with the same email to allow you to associate the two. If you do not wish to do so then you can continue and create / use the OpenID account separately.

Today we launched a brand-new, fully interactive widget for all UserVoice Feedback customers. Your users can search ideas, vote for ideas, and submit ideas all from this widget. Additionally, you have the ability to customize many elements of the new widget, from color to text to location.
Thanks for your patience in regards to the launch of the interactive widget…we heard your feedback and spent a lot of time doing this right, and we know it’s been awhile. We can’t wait to hear what you think of the new widget (good and bad). We think you’ll like it. :)
For more info, swing by our blog post: http://blog.uservoice.com/entries/introducing-new-interactive-uservoice-feedback-widget?utm_source=statusupdate&utm_medium=site&utm_campaign=general
