  3. When setting a status, allow an editable subject field

    Want to be able to edit the subject of status updates, to more effectively communicate with our users.

  6. Reformat contributor notifications to the old format that contained user information

    Can you please bring back the old contributor notification email back where it contained:
    * The text of the feedback that you captured from the customer
    * The page you were on when you captured the feedback
    * The customer's name, email address, and account
    * If the user notified of the status update?

    This was so helpful for our CSM/AM agents to see who from the customers base they need to follow up with when a feature is released.

    Now we don't see this great format with the emails attached to the feature released notification, but we really want…

  7. Admin console refreshes all the page’s layout whenever a label is assigned

    Since the console got a redesign, it became slow and unruly. Loading labels list is slow, and checking a label from the list forces all the comments below the 'dialog' to update and reload. It all blinks and rebuild each time, for each label assigned. Was not a problem before redesign.

  8. Flagging an idea as important in the admin portal behaves differently than any other console

    If you flag an idea as important in the admin portal, it only associates this activity with the admin who placed the flag. If you do it elsewhere (console, sidebar, contributor dashboard) then it is associated with the user/account that it is being flagged on behalf of. We would like to be able to do this from the admin console as well.

  9. "Create New Idea" button on Sidebar to be larger and more visible

    The create new idea link at the bottom of the similar ideas search on the sidebar is too small. It would be great if this option can be larger and more visible so contributors do not miss it

  10. Select multiple forums/statuses in menu of Advanced Filters/Filters etc. using command/ctrl + shift

    Similar to selecting multiple cells in Google Sheets, it would be convenient to auto-select in between the two clicks for content populating the Advanced Filter/Filter lists.

    Make improvements to the salesforce opportunity sidebar so that account executives can have the choice of first leading with creating a new idea rather than collecting private customer feedback

  13. Add Internal note when entering a new idea

    The ability for a contributor (staff member) to also add an internal note in addition to the current fields when entering a clients idea via the contributors portal.

  16. Ability to understand the engagement of contributor ideas'

    I post several ideas and I don't get too much information about it, like:

    who saw my idea? where the users came from?
    wow much time people spend reading about it?

    I just see that I invest a good time sharing my ideas but never get any feedback or follow up the discussion.

  17. Internal Status Updates Link Out To Contributor Console

    When internal status is updated, the contributor gets a link that goes to the web portal -- can we instead redirect them to the contributor console?

    it's a bit of a confusing experience for them if we're trying to get them onboarded using the console and now they can only leave additional comments through the web portal

  18. Searching for Multiple Accounts with Same Name

    In cases where you're integrating with Salesforce for user and account data, searching for an account name may result in multiple accounts with the same name being returned. Currently there's no way to tell which account has the feedback so it becomes a painful guessing game. Returning the number of supported ideas with the account name in the search results would be useful for clicking on the right one.

  19. Default Forum based on Brand in Zendesk sidebar app

    We have different Uservoice forums for each of our brands. When agents capture feedback from the Zendesk sidebar app, they manually select the forum corresponding to the brand on that ticket. It would be awesome if we could have the Uservoice forum already selected for that brand to save agents a step.
