Allow custom fields to be used as "Amount" field in Feedback and Opportunity integration If you don't use the "Amount" field from out-of-the-box SF implementations, the feedback and opportunity integration can't display data for Revenue on opportunities.

Allow Value Transformation to link Accounts in the Gainsight Integration When configuring Gainsight, build the ability to transform/format the lookup value. For example, our Salesforce primary field uses domain, "company.com". UserVoice uses "@company.com".
It would be awesome to be able to specify "@" + email domain as the value to look for in the Gainsight integration config.

Send unmoderated events to Slack Allow unmoderated events to appear in Slack, so that Slack can be used to notify Admins of ideas needing moderation/approval, potentially provide the ability to approve ideas in Slack (you can already mark as spam)

Post Public Comments and Reply to Users on Ideas from Slack integration UserVoice admins want the ability to post public comments and reply to users directly from slack. That is, when an idea is streamed into a slack channel because of some event, make one of the actions that can be taken on that idea from slack be "post public comment" and/or "reply to user".

Vote for Ideas from Slack I would like to be able to vote for ideas and suggestions directly from the UserVoice App in Slack. This way I can easily submit ideas, share the submission messages, and vote for ideas without leaving Slack.

Make the Salesforce Integration Compatible with Cases Very similar functionality to the Fb & Opportunity Integration that you already have, but instead, for cases.
The integration should show the status of th Case in UserVoice.

Support for Linking UserVoice Ideas to Multiple Azure Dev Ops Instances Enable linking of UserVoice Ideas to multiple Azure Dev Ops (ADO) instances. Under this design you would be able to select one of a predefined set of valid ADO instances, and then enter the ADO Work Item ID.
There could be an option to define a 'default' ADO instance, where you simply need to enter the Work Item ID as per current functionality. If you want to enter a ADO Work Item ID for another ADO Instance, you would need to override the default ADO Instance to specify which (alternative) instance you want and then enter the ADO Work Item…

Per-channel Slack integration settings Be able to toggle UserVoice features of the Slack integration (like creating new ideas, searching for existing ideas, etc.) on a channel-by-channel basis.

Tag Zendesk tickets where feedback is captured When customer feedback is captured with the Zendesk integration (an embedded contributor sidebar experience), add a "UserVoice" tag to the ticket where it was captured

Link multiple UV instances to a single Slack Workspace Useful when a single team manages multiple products; currently the Slack integration can only link one UV instance per Slack Workspace

Add "Moved Idea" event as an event type to stream into a Slack Channel. Can you guys add an event to the effect, “moved into category”?
We get requests from multiple channels and they end up in different forums and categories. We (mostly I) then review ideas and move them to their correct destination. But these moves won’t show up in Slack channel for the destination forum/channel. Be great if moving an idea into a category would trigger an event so the idea shows up in its corresponding Slack channel.

Ability for admin to create a Zendesk ticket in UserVoice The Zendesk integration allows the Zendesk users to capture feedback on behalf of an end user from within Zendesk. Would like the ability for the integration to also allow a UserVoice admin to create a Zendesk ticket from an idea.

Slack integration--search for and link ideas in Slack threads Currently you can only search for an idea using the Slack integration in the main message field of a channel. We REALLY need to be able to use the /uservoice-search command within a thread on an existing message so that when an internal team member asks a question related to an existing UV idea, we can easily link them to the existing idea in the thread of that original message.

Unfortunately, we won’t be able to provide this feature.
Looking into this a bit more and collaborating with the team at Slack we learned that Slash commands in threads is not functionality they support.
We’ll have to hold tight until Slack supports this before we can make this available for the UserVoice to Slack Integration.
Sorry I don’t have better news here.
