Jira Integration - Surface error if link fails in Jira in the linking dialogue When you link an Idea to Jira, if the Idea fails to populate on the Jira side there's no error surfaced in UserVoice. It fails silently in the background but still populates in UserVoice.
It would be helpful to receive an error in UserVoice as you link it, and then determine if you want to proceed or not.

salesforce objects <> UserVoice Ideas We have multiple sales force custom object that can collect Customer feedback/comment that can contain potential product enhancement request that should be use to create an Idea in Uservoice.

Meetings
Notes
All these may contain comments from the customer and we would like an easy way for a CSM to extract the data from the comment create an idea and then link the idea back to the Salesforce object with a 2 way links. Pull a list of all SF opportunities linked to a specific idea It's incredibly important that we be able to pull a report/list of all of the prospects/opportunities that we have linked to a specific UserVoice idea through the Salesforce Opportunity Integration to provide our sales team with a list of prospects to reach out to regarding specific ideas. Just being able to see the numer values in the Suggestions List View is not enough.
2 votesHey there! We recently launched Account Insights which is powered by a new UserVoice/Salesforce connector. This connector allows you to map Salesforce Accounts to a status in UserVoice called “Prospects” which would allow you to view all ideas associated with Prospects. We’re not yet syncing Opportunity Objects from Salesforce to UserVoice, but are interested in learning more about what you’d do with this information once it’s in UserVoice.

Ability for auto tag Currently, we have to put the region data based on the submitter of the ideas. It would be great if we could integrate into our own system and pull regional data based on the idea submitter.
