Include the forum information in the UserVoice Monthly Insights email I like the "UserVoice Monthly Insights" email to see what's trending and the status updates over the past month, but it would be good if the forum is also included on these since our site has multiple forums and it's not clear in the current email which forum the suggestion relates to.

Reactions to status updates should be optional Provide a way for users to disable reactions on status updates.

Include Idea Title in Idea Submission Confirmation Email I received asking if the confirmation emails users receive after submitting an idea can be improved. The ask is if the email can include the title of the suggestion they have submitted, so that they can easily know at a glance which suggestions we have already submitted?

View All 1:1 Replies Similar to an inbox, all 1:1 replies are logged and easily accessible for viewing and follow up.

Forum Name in Comment Email notification Add 'Forum Name/s' in the 'New Comment on an Idea'. In large organizations like ours, we have multiple forums. Knowing the Forum Name directly from the email will save us hassle of going to the details of the page of the Idea.

Notifications for when Labels are added in grid views In the activity update for grid views, provide an option to be notified when labels are added to ideas.

@mention a Team in a comment to notify the team of the new comment It would be useful to @mention a Team, as setup in the Teams area. Then I can notify an entire team instead of having to @mention each individual Admin.

Allow editing of 1:1 replies In case there is a mistake or typo, allow the editing of a 1:1 reply in a timeframe.

Roll up Monthly Digest Emails for multiple instances When a user is an admin for mulitple instances, be able to allow them to roll them up into one monthly digest email.

Click on a notification for a message reply should open the reply directly Hi there,
I had this notification saying 2 persons answered my message. When I click the notification, it opens the suggestion window, but I have to scroll and search for the replies myself. Also if more than 1 person answered, it doesn't say who, making it even harder to find the reply.

Customize the subject line for 1:1 email communication on ideas When responding to comments or requests on an idea (1:1 communication), we would like a way to customize the subject line: “Your Feedback from 29, July 2019”?

Directly show the reaction type in the notification center It would be nice if you could display the reaction to status directly in the notifications rather than having to click on it.

Email notifications when someone adds comment where I am the owner or I have added a comment before An email notification should be sent to the Idea Owner of the users who have already commented on the idea. Because of this, we are missing some important communications. Today, there is 'Activity Update > Comments-when a new comment s posted' notification event but it sends email for any comment added on any idea, spamming the inbox.

Team Chat - More Robust Email Notification Settings Hi, there! I'd like for the ability to configure my account's email notification settings so that I am sent an email when a new message has been added to the Team Chat associated with an idea I've submitted. Currently, it only notifies me via email if my name is @ mentioned in that same message.

When an idea is deleted, notify the author. Additionally, provide the full idea content back to them.

Send the entire message history as part of the email notification Send the entire message history along with the notification email.
One of our customers has complained that it is difficult to follow the conversation, because each message is sent in isolation. The full thread is only visible if the user logs into UserVoice, which they generally don't do. Can we send the full message history along with every private message? Thanks!
