  1. Highlight the open level

    In the Mx module, highlight the level open on the screen (example 4.1.1) in the right-hand column to make it easier for the user to find.

  2. Slow Performance on Ideas & Feedback Admin Console with Arc Browser

    The experience on Uservoice is very laggy since the change to the new interface. I'm using the latest version of Arc with a good connection. It seems the longer I use the site clicking through ideas and managing the board the slower everything gets. Performance is really poor.

    Arc is not an officially supported browser, but we're interested in hearing about your experiences with it.

    We were not able to reproduce slow performance within Arc, but that doesn't mean there aren't configurations of the browser we are not aware of that don't perform well.

  3. Choose which accounts are synced in the Account Insights Salesforce Connector

    When syncing accounts from Salesforce to UserVoice, give the option to ignore specific accounts.

  4. Add a "Watch" button

    By clicking on the "Watch" button for a suggestion, a user would be notified on changes related to this suggestion, as if he had voted or commented on.
    I would be useful for a user who wants to follow up an idea but does not want to vote for it, an admin for example.

  5. Email Subset of Subscribed Voters

    We want to be able to select a particular subset of users when using the "Emailing Subscribed Voters" functionality. Ex: If there are 100 customers who have voted for an idea, we may want to select a subset of 10 to email, but still want that communication to live in UV.

  6. Email All Users in UserVoice

    Similar to emailing all supporters of an idea, we would like to email all users in UV to ask for more feedback. We know these users have provided feedback before, so we would like to get their input on future roadmap items, and communicate with that group as a whole

  7. Add screen shot to idea from clipboard

    I really need/want and easy way to add images (screen shots) from clipboard (like e.g. Target Process does it e.g. on their help desk) - a small picture often says more that 140 characters ... and more clearly

    It is really no different that attaching an image files, just a lot less clicking and tying

  8. Shared roadmap views

    The admin view of Roadmaps allows to display the view as Roadmap/List/Graph - these views however are not available when the roadmap is shared. It would be great to have those views also available to the shared view in order to provide it to internal stakeholders for example that do not have the ability to select it from the admin view.

  9. export all feedback related to one roadmap feature

    Would like the ability to export all feedback associated with an individual roadmap feature. Currently, when viewing feedback linked to a feature in the roadmaps tool you can export all of the users tied to a specific feature from the "Users" tab of that feature, but you are not able to export the details of individual suggestions linked to that feature.

    Hi – thanks for sharing this idea. We’re interested to hear if this is a problem for other customers as well which will help us decide if it is a feature we need to consider building.

  11. Shows suggestions associated with an account in Salesforce report

    With the Feedback and Opportunity integration, you can't see the suggestions associated to each account in the Salesforce reports.

    Customers want to see this data, so they can report on adoption and completed ideas they've delivered for customers.

    Hey there! We recently launched Account Insights which is powered by a new UserVoice/Salesforce connector. This connector allows you to map Salesforce Accounts to a status in UserVoice called “Prospects” which would allow you to view all ideas associated with Prospects. We’re not yet syncing Opportunity Objects from Salesforce to UserVoice nor providing additional reporting withing SFDC.

  12. Ability to filter for ideas that are tied to Features

    To keep on top of which suggestions are not being prioritized it would be helpful to know which suggestions are or are not tied to Features.

  13. Ability to filter the roadmap view by custom field labels such as sprint names or dates

    If our feature backlog gets overloaded, so to will the view for internal folks that have access to it.

    It would be great if we could filter the kanban view of status columns by a custom field.

  14. Pull a list of all SF opportunities linked to a specific idea

    It's incredibly important that we be able to pull a report/list of all of the prospects/opportunities that we have linked to a specific UserVoice idea through the Salesforce Opportunity Integration to provide our sales team with a list of prospects to reach out to regarding specific ideas. Just being able to see the numer values in the Suggestions List View is not enough.

  15. When Roadmap item is completed, automatically set completed status on linked suggestions

    If a Roadmap Item is addressing several Suggestions, implement an option for informing (email notification) at once all suggestions creators.

  20. Ability to create own reports, flters and dashboards

    Provide the ability for admins to create additional filters, reports and dashboards.

    For example, create a custom filter such as the currently provided 'Customer Activity' option. Eg. Where users > 10 and Votes >= 100

    Similarly, allow the user to create their own dashboards using both OOTB and custom reports.

    It should be possible for privileges to be assigned allowing specified users the ability to create reports, filters and dashboards.

    It should be possible for reports, filters and dashboards to be 'published' so that other users can pick them up.
