Testing Mode (Sandbox) Add functionality that enables you to put UserVoice in 'test' or 'Sandbox' mode so that you can test changes to settings, e.g. SSO, before making them live to all users.

Reactions to status updates should be optional Provide a way for users to disable reactions on status updates.

Import comments Just like you can import ideas, it would be ideal to import comments via CSV file as well.

Invite and remove users on multiple private forums at once Some accounts have multiple private forums and need to invite the same set of users to the forums or remove the same set of users from each forums. It would be ideal to have a way to do this for all forums at once, instead of having to go into every forum.

Widget SDK Error Handling Add ability to catch and handle errors that result from Widget JS SDK code configuration

Ability to configure the widget in the Admin Console Provide Admins with the ability to configure and control the widget, in the Admin Console. Right now, you have to update the JS anytime you want to make a change to the widget. You also need to have an engineer configure the widget using JS.
It would be awesome if one line of code could be placed into an application (the JS SDK), and then the configuration/activation could be managed from within the UserVoice Admin Console.

Be able to navigate between suggestions with short cuts When looking at an issue there is no quick way to go to the next issue. Would be ideal if admins could quickly navigate to the idea with short cuts.

Change the title of the internal roadmap As admin, i'd like the feature to alter the title of the roadmap. Right now the only option is Company Name Internal Roadmap. We'd like an ability to change this title,

Mapping Documentation for feedback from other systems like GetSat, ProductBoard, and Aha! Importing from other applications is pretty standard for UserVoice but it would be helpful if we could have a visual or some sort of documentation that explains how feedback is mapped from different systems.

Field placeholder or Prompt for the Description field It is possible to set the field placeholder text for the suggestion title. This is great and allows me to tailor the ask to suit my audience.
I would like to be able to do the same for the suggestion description field. This would enable me to create a more instructional prompt to guide the user on what to enter into the field.
Alternatively allow configuring a prompt for the description field (as we have for title).3 votes -
Import and export columns should match Not all of the columns use the same values (true/false vs. yes/no) between the import and export, making it labor intensive to use them for moving suggestions between UserVoice accounts, or updating existing data

Support .svg attachments on ideas and comments Allow users to add .svg attachments on ideas and comments.
2 votesSVG attachments can contain executable javascript, which is a security risk. As a result, we are not able to allow this type of attachment on ideas or comments.

Include Merged Ideas in Export When exporting report of ideas into a excel version i would also like to get the field (true/false) if the idea is merged or not, currently there is no option and you need to export twice (using public status filter active and the merged) and then get into the work to run a lookup function edit to find the merged ideas from the active ideas set

Auto-aggregate feedback from multiple sources Ability to take feedback (closed lost notes, tickets labeled feedback, etc) and auto-associate or auto-aggregate them in some way.
In other words, remove the manual approach from requiring end users and internal folks from manually capturing and aggregating feedback.

Customize the date range of supporters for email reply We are trying to target email replies to only include supporters who have added ideas or voted in the last 60 days. Allowing for more customization of who to email instead of just singular or all would be beneficial.

Add screen shot to idea from clipboard I really need/want and easy way to add images (screen shots) from clipboard (like e.g. Target Process does it e.g. on their help desk) - a small picture often says more that 140 characters ... and more clearly
It is really no different that attaching an image files, just a lot less clicking and tying

Customize end-user filter options in the portal Allow for admin defined filter options that enable end-users to filter/view suggestions in the portal.
