  1. Moderation KPI report - turnaround time

    We moderate incoming feedback and comments. It would be beneficial to have a way to easily monitor turnaround time on incoming items to make sure our admins are responding in a timely manner.

  2. In the post idea widget, prompt user for category, before typing in feedback

    When a user opens the widget to post their idea, prompt them first to choose a category. This way the category is set prior to user entering feedback and searching for a related idea.

  4. View history of status emails and notifications sent to users

    Currently there is no ability to see a history of the emails/notifications that have been sent from UserVoice. If I am needing to go back and see if a certain user received an update email, I have no way of doing that from within the UI.

  5. Show sentiment score for individual pieces of feedback

    The Account Sentiment Report currently shows aggregate account sentiment scores based on all feedback submitted by each account. It would be helpful to also see sentiment scores for the individual pieces of feedback that make up this aggregate score.

  6. Add Column Sort to all columns

    make all columns sortable in Users, Accounts and Ideas. For example, on the Suggestions page, several columns have ability to sort, but not Labels. On the Users page, can click to sort by Last Active Date but not User Type or Account. Please make all columns sortable.

  11. Ability to use the same SSO config across multiple UserVoice instances

    We have multiple instances with UserVoice, and with each one we have to go through the process of configuring SSO. It would be great if it was possible to configure once, and then copy that across each instance so that each one doesn't have to go through our Dev and Stage testing each time.

  13. Track total forum/site logins

    Provide a report for total user logins - per user (number of times unique user has logged in, or total login duration), and per site (total unique logins).

  14. Be able to sort by labels

    Right now, you can sort by columns like status updates, or votes, but you can't sort by the Label column. Admins want to be able to sort by labels as well.

  15. Be able to sort by account on the user's page

    When viewing a list of users, you can't sort by account. Would like a way to sort by account, as this can be a quick way to quickly see which customers aren't connected to an account yet.

  16. Surface when a user was last autoprompted and when their next autoprompt will be

    This can go on the user's sheet. It will indicate the last date/time they were autoprompted, and when they will be eligible for the next autoprompt.

    Hello, thanks for your feedback. When viewing a user in the admin console, you can view their supported ideas and sort the Last Supported column to view the ideas they most recently voted on. Their detail page also features a chronological view of their activity. Each idea they voted/commented on displays the Forum and Category as well.

  20. Follow updates for everything an account supports

    It would be great to follow accounts, so that when an update occurs for anything a user on an account is associated with, I can be aware as well.
