Disable or downgrade my account

If you pay for your account via credit card, we are not able to deactivate an account temporarily and we do not have downgrade options available. 

If you are no longer using the account, you can delete it from within the admin console. This article will walk you through how to do delete your account.

Q. Can I switch to a free plan? 
A. We do not have a free plan available. 

Q. Can I cancel my renewal ahead of time? 
A. We are not able to cancel renewals in advance.

Q. Where can I find my renewal date?
A. The account owner can find the renewal date in Settings -> General -> Account, billing, and usage.
