Note: Credit card billing was only available for our legacy plans/product.
If your card has expired, or you need to update it for any reason, here are some instructions on how to do so:
- Log into your admin console (make sure you are logged in as the owner)
- Click the icon in the bottom left corner [If you’re on an old version of UV, your settings will be accessed from the admin header.]
- Choose “General”
- Scroll down and click "Account, billing, and usage"
- You’ll see your current payment method listed. Click “Enter credit card details”

Q: Can I switch to invoice billing?
A: We have a $199/month minimum rate to qualify for invoice billing. If you meet this requirement and you would like to pay via annual invoice, contact support.
