Log in your admin console (as an admin you can sign in apart from SSO, by going to your UserVoice domain/admin. E.g. xyz.uservoice.com/admin).
- Click the icon in the bottom left corner
- Choose "Web Portal" from the drop-down menu. Scroll down and click "SSO Logs."
If so, that means your admins are not passing the necessary parameters in their SSO token. They need to either pass 'trusted:true' or 'admin:accept'. To learn more about these options, check out this article.
