It is fairly impossible to scroll the comments in the admin console when the idea has a lot of them of them Unlike Web Portal, the admin console does not offer any pagination, and this make the layout of the page extremely slow and unusable when there are many dozens of them. Navigating the most recent is more or less tolerable, but going down, to study internal messages and attachments is just pain.
Works the same on Chrome and Chromium browsers.

Allow viewing all ideas sorted by number of votes I'd like to be able to see what is catching a lot of attention because it's likely something interesting to read and think about

Add messaging about the inability to end an idea body with a link in the web portal When submitting an idea from the web portal, if the end of the idea body is a link, the idea will not post and there will be an error. My biggest concern is that there is no messaging about this. The user experience takes them to a blank white page instead of a dialogue box that instructs the user to make a correction. The experience looks broken.Ending a comment with a link is pretty common.

View idea suggestion when using mobile When our customers click the "suggesting a feature" link in our product when using a mobile device, the existing idea matches don't populate like they do when using a desktop computer. From our customer:
When you are in the EHR and click the upper right menu, there’s the Suggest a Feature option. But it goes to this weird page where the search doesn’t actually work.
It should link directly to the page you get to when you click on the Knowledge Base and then within there you click on the upper right menu and click on Suggest a Feature from…

Explain to customers the difference between a hot idea and a top idea On the customer facing web portal, have a tooltip that explains the difference between a hot idea and a top idea. Some of our customers are confused about what the difference is.

Total Number on web portal should show open and closed Currently the total number showed only shows the open ideas. End-user should know the total number of ideas submitted (open + closed)

Toggle for "← HAVE AN IDEA? SHARE IT!" on the web portal pages. Toggle for "← HAVE AN IDEA? SHARE IT!" on the web portal pages. We have ideas pages we'd like to keep separate from other forums, so we'd like to remove the option to go back to the instance view.

Custom Cookie Consent We need to be able to enable and customize a cookie consent for the web portal since we show the web portal via our custom subdomain. Ideally we would be able to integrate our existing consent system to be absolutely compliant and guarantee a consistent user journey throughout our websites.
This is a tricky matter for us since it blocks us from integrating GA and we are not sure whether we are compliant at all without the option.1 vote -

End user Settings & activity - View all & filter by activity Settings & activity | Ability for End-user to filter their view based on Activity type
Currently it is not possible to view all types of activity from a users Settings & activity page.
- It'd be helpful to view all activity from this one page
- Secondary it'd be useful to filter contributions based on an Activity type such as ideas I've started, Ideas I've voted on, Ideas I've rated, Ideas I've commented on.

Allow users to Export all account feedback from "My Feedback" Frequently we get requests to allow users to export not just feedback they have submitted, but also feedback from anyone in their org. They can view it from the portal, but not having the ability to export that data is frustrating for them. Can we get that export added as well?

WebPortal search to exclude Public status When using the search bar on the webportal, having the option to omit certain status like completed.

Hardcoded 'idea' term, portal performance, search timing The user reported a problem here:

Indeed, we can’t customize the 'idea', and users often get frustrated they have to call bugs as 'ideas'.
As for the overall performance — yeah, that blinking and waiting and state changing when typing can irritate impatient users, who are already nervous, since they have to report problems or ask for a feature.1 vote -
