Change who tickets are assigned to by default
Default assignees are set via a rule, which is a powerful method for affecting tickets before they even get to you. You can change this rule by:
- Sign in to the Admin Console.
- Click on "Settings" in the Admin Header.
- Choose "Tickets" from the drop down menu.
- Scroll down to "Rules" and edit the Default rule.
- Switching the assignee to whomever you want, save.
