Change (update) your Credit Card information

Note: Credit card billing was only available for our legacy plans/product. 

If your card has expired, or you need to update it for any reason, here are some instructions on how to do so:

  1. Log into your admin console. Make sure you are logged in as the owner, as that email address is the only one who can access billing information.
  2. Click on “Settings” in the Admin Header → Choose “General” from the drop down menu → Scroll down to and click "Account, billing and usage." 
  3. You’ll see your current payment method listed. Click “Enter credit card details.”
  4. You can also include extra information on your invoice for your billing department under “Bill To (optional).”

Q: Can I switch to invoice billing?
A: We have a $199/month minimum rate to qualify for invoice billing. If you meet this requirement and you would like to pay via annual invoice, contact support.
