Note: Credit card billing was only available for our legacy plans/product.
If your card has expired, or you need to update it for any reason, here are some instructions on how to do so:
- Log into your admin console. Make sure you are logged in as the owner, as that email address is the only one who can access billing information.
- Click on “Settings” in the Admin Header → Choose “General” from the drop down menu → Scroll down to and click "Account, billing and usage."
- You’ll see your current payment method listed. Click “Enter credit card details.”
- You can also include extra information on your invoice for your billing department under “Bill To (optional).”

Q: Can I switch to invoice billing?
A: We have a $199/month minimum rate to qualify for invoice billing. If you meet this requirement and you would like to pay via annual invoice, contact support.
