Feedback only admins will only be able to manage ideas, but not tickets. They can view tickets but not reply to customers.

We want our users to choose a category when submitting a new idea. Having the option to make this mandatory will help organize ideas and filter out ideas that don't fit the pre-defined categories.

Allow admins to permanently delete stale attachments. You can only uncheck an attachment, but that doesn't remove it from the URL namespace. Stale files can be a liability when there is newer replacement content that should be used instead.

When Creating a Custom Field for Tickets, the admin should be able to create a title for the Pre-Defined dropdown menu that isn't the first choice, but grayed out when the menu is expanded (You are actually using this option above for your Category dropdown menu).

I'd like to add a few javascript onload events via a custom javascript file and can't find a decent way to do it. Is uservoice using a standard js framework (jquery, prototype) or something custom? I'd like to be able to take advantage of that framework if possible.

We plan to use User Voice as a tool for internal idea generation, discussion and tracking. We do not want ideas to be shared outside of the organisation (at least not prematurely), and the Facebbok and Twitter widgets make that simple for members of User Voice to do that. I can see why some User Voice accounts would want Facebook and Twitter share widgets, but this is not a feature we need. Would it be possible for the administrator to decide to switch on/switch off this feature?

My users have asked if I could sort the forum categories (the list with # of entries next to it, not the drop down list) in descending # of items, rather than just alphabetically. I don't see any way to do that in the admin console.

Since I am showing uservoice ideas in a widget with custom styling for every category, I would like that users are forced to choose a category when posting a new idea. Is there a way I can avoid "uncategorized" ideas?

A new setting was made which does not display the title of private forums. Users have to log in first to see private forums they have access to. I am afraid people may leave the site if they don’t see the private forums immediately and not think to log in first. I suggest that all forum titles be displayed upon landing on the site home page. If a user wants to view a private forum, then they can log in.

I want help.company.com to host Helpdesk and ideas.company.com to host feedback.

We'd like the ability to change the algorithm that determines how feedback items are sorted in the "Hot" tab. Currently, the items that appear in our "Hot" tab really aren't that hot as we don't receive a ton of traffic, so most of the issues there really aren't that new, nor do they have many comments, nor do they have many votes.

I noticed that the search in the forum(s) on the right is only on the title and description of ideas. Wouldn't it be great if the search was also on the reactions of the idea??

The steps described were a bit too techy for me to comprehend easily and complete a successful set-up.

Why don't you make it easier to be eliminated from your site? It is not in the best interests of your enterprise to make this so difficult. Please do remove all traces of me from your site. And make it easier for others to do it themselves. Thank you.
