1. Update the hosted JIRA Integration to support secure firewall settings.

   Currently the documentation on integrating with JIRA requires companies to expose their JIRA to the entire internet. Need to be able to lock it down by hostname or IP address so that the hole in the firewall is not open to the entire internet. Asking UserVoice Customers to open the firewall to the entire internet puts their organization at risk for compromise.

   You can now assign Idea Owners directly from Slack... just use the 3 dot menu to the right of any new Idea, and you'll be able to assign an admin as an Idea Owner.

3. Have Jira issues created from UserVoice reflect the Jira instance's default priority

   When creating a Jira issue from UserVoice, the Jira priority is set at the highest. It would be great if the integration could be updated to reflect our jira's default priority or default to medium.

   Hello!

   When you create a new Jira issue from UserVoice, that issue will now receive the default priority of your Jira project.

4. Don't send notifications to all Slack channels configured when feedback is created (that is not attached to an idea)

   Right now, when the Slack integration is configured, any feedback that is created and not attached to an idea will notify all Channels connected to UserVoice.

   We’ve improved our Slack integration so that un-linked feedback is now only sent to channels that receive events from all forums and categories.

5. Show which Forum an idea was posted in the Slack Integration

   Customers with multiple forums using the Slack integration, want to see which forum the idea was posted to when it's pushed to Slack.

   This way they can see at a glance, where users are posting and don't have to click out each time.
