Closing of Idea Details Page After opening an idea into a side panel, return the ability to 'close' it out by clicking outside the panel. 2 votesWe've changed the behavior of the Idea Details slideout based on feedback. - If you have an Idea Details pane open, and click on a title of an Idea on the grid beneath it, the Idea Details pane will update without closing with the selected Idea
- If you click anywhere but an Idea Title, the Idea Detail sheet will close.

Team Chat Start a Thread on a Message I see and can thread onto a post if it was created in Internal Comments, however I don't seem to have the ability to thread onto a new Team Chat post? Please add this capability. 1 voteWe've returned threaded conversations to team chat. Just use the "reply" button on any message to start a new thread. Thanks for your feedback!

Inconsistent @mention Functionality in Internal Comments When attempting to tag admins within comment sections, the system does not reliably display available names as expected. At times, the dropdown will populate with relevant options, but in other instances, no names appear. This inconsistency disrupts workflow and makes it difficult to ensure the right team members are notified. 3 votesInternal Comments is now Team Chat! Look for Team Chat on the right rail of the Idea Details page. - @mentions have been improved
- attachments (images and videos) now have an inline preview
- multiple attachments can be added at once
 In addition, Public Comments are now their own control, with no overlap with the way internal comments used to work. When using the "Post Public Comment" button on the Idea Details page, only Public Comments can be made. We hope the additional labeling adds clarity and reduces steps. Idea Lists: Support Saved Views/Sticky Columns We would like the Idea Lists to save the column configurations. Its a bit tiresome to need to change the columns back on every page refresh. 4 votesThis is now complete! After adjusting which columns you wish to show in your Idea List, make sure you click "Save" to maintain your selection. Please note that any column changes made to a shared Idea List will reflect for all viewers.

Team Chat Notification Team Chat is not prompting notifications in the bell and I would like the tagged recipient to receive email notification. It doesn't seem to be happening. 1 voteAll admins that have participated in the chat will receive an in-app notification and any @mentioned users will also receive an email notification. Note: the sender of the message will not receive a notification regarding their own sent messages.

Internal comments This is not a good design. Why would you want people to click on 'Post comment' to start typing their internal comment? It used to be more straightforward and easy.... now, you've made already bad design, even worse. Please reconsider. This whole screen is so clunky and unintuitive. You need to work on making things simpler and more fluid: - sharing between colleagues should be easy to access and action

Ability to Filter/Search by "Created by" (aka original idea submitter) I wish there was a way to filter down or search ideas by the "Submitter" or "Created by." I feel like I have looked high and low in the UI and don't seem to have found a easy way to go about this. 
 The use case is that when we get feedback from external users and I reach out to them via email to gather more context, I don't even share the Feedback Portal link with them because Content Hub's portal is not public, so they wouldn't be able to access it.

Additionally, you can filter by one or more creators in both regular and advanced filters, and there's a nice shortcut to filter by Team, where all members of the team will be included if they are the creators of an Idea. This is a great way to see what a particular group in your company has been advocating for. Enjoy!

Assign Idea to Owner from Slack In Slack, have the ability to assign an idea to an idea owner. 1 voteYou can now assign Idea Owners directly from Slack... just use the 3 dot menu to the right of any new Idea, and you'll be able to assign an admin as an Idea Owner.

Create an Idea List from an Impact Report When I run an impact report by picking an arbitrary list of Ideas from the grid (without creating a list first), I'd like to be able to save those Ideas to a list from the report itself 2 votesWe've added multiple ways to create an idea list from your report: * Top right under the report quick actions * In the metrics section of the report * In the Idea and quote slide-out panel * Anywhere you might want to take an action on your ideas will prompt you to save your list. Impact report Download to PDF When you download an Impact report, the numbers from the metric section do not appear in the PDF. The attached file: Impact REports.pdf is from the browsder print to PDF. The unified activity digest.pdf is using the download to pdf function. 1 voteThis should be fixed now as new reports are generated. Re-running a report will also re-generate the PDF, or if there's one you need to retrieve a new version of, let us know and we can remove the cached PDF.

Idea List permissions Allow add and create on idea lists for read-only admins 2 votesThank you for your feedback! We now allow admins with read-only feedback management permissions to create and edit personal idea lists. However, if the idea list is shared, they will only be able to view this list and not add or edit the list.

allow conversation to continue after idea is resolved (re-open on new comment from users) Hey team! It's really frustrating to be unable to comment further on a recently closed idea. Sometimes they are closed in error or because of a misunderstanding and you let me write a public comment and then say it can't be saved. Better if I could either comment, re-open, or otherwise do something to indicate that I'm not satisfied with the outcome. Otherwise it's not really listening to the voice of the user... 1 voteThank you for the feedback! Identify which admin user performed the activity of creating an idea with the 'idea creator' field Be able to identify which admin user submitted an idea with the use of the 'idea creator' field. 6 votesYou're now able to see both who the feedback was from and the name of the admin who captured the feedback. Right under the description on the Idea Detail sheet, you'll see a line that says: Created by: (Whose feedback was it) via (Who captured the feedback) | (Date Created) Let us know if we should make this information available elsewhere!

Allow sharing with "All Admins" on Lists and Views Create a way to allow a view or a list to shared with all admins on a UV instance. This would allow a quick way for a view or list to be universal without the need to name each user, or to anticipate future users that would be added as admins. 2 votesYou can now share Idea Lists and Grid Views with the entire team of Admins with a single checkbox. Just use the sharing options to use this new feature.

Require category when moving ideas to forums If "require category when creating an idea" is selected for the forum, require the category to be selected when moving ideas to another forum in the admin console. 1 voteThank you for your feedback -- this is now complete!

page loading speed is noticeably slow The overall page loading speed is noticeably slow, which poses challenges, particularly during times of urgency. Specifically, the Tickets page occasionally encounters timeouts, which has been a source of considerable inconvenience. I would greatly appreciate it if improvements could be made to address these issues. 1 vote

Give each idea a unique ID and make this obvious It would be so useful if every 'idea' had a unique ID so that we could refer to them in other places, point other people to the right one. Only having the textual title to refer to is frustrating. 1 voteThe ID of an Idea now appears at the top of the Idea Detail sheet, and you can click the "Copy" icon to get a copy of the direct link to the Idea that you can share with colleagues or bookmark for future reference.
