Internal comments
This is not a good design. Why would you want people to click on 'Post comment' to start typing their internal comment? It used to be more straightforward and easy.... now, you've made already bad design, even worse.
Please reconsider. This whole screen is so clunky and unintuitive. You need to work on making things simpler and more fluid:
- sharing between colleagues should be easy to access and action
- get rid of the Public comment option, or move it away. When I click on 'Internal comments' I should be able to post ONLY internal comments. Public ones are to be posted when replying in 'Comment & Feedback', or sending Emails to all subscribers.

Good news, we're already working on improving this functionality (and I agree with your POV on internal comments).
Look for a streamlined experience coming soon, including a significant update to how internal comments work.
