Allow admins to split ideas multiple times Splitting is something we wanted to have for a long time, but sadly splitting just in two is not enough.
Users love cramming several things into one entry.Initially I though that I can split a list like this into two, then grab the second and split it further — but no, the secondary idea can’t be split any more

Allow sharing of Idea Lists/Grid Views with groups of people Sharing views so that people can have the see the same filtered list of ideas is incredibly useful, e.g. seeing the top ideas by reach, seeing ideas that have been delivered, seeing the ideas that need work on, etc but the current implementation of views makes this challenging because:
- If you want to share a view with a group of people you have to manually specify them one by one, there is no way of specifying a group of people - in an ideal world I would be able to share a view with everyone in the EMEA Success team…

Segment Importance Ratings by User Groups in Dashboard View Enable the ability to segment importance ratings by user group directly from the dashboard.

Idea Updated timestamp missing corresponding activity The Idea Updated value on many ideas has a timestamp that doesn't match any of the activity listed in the Idea Activity feed. There's a lot of background changes that impact this value.
When sorting Ideas by the Updated field, we're seeing Ideas listed high without any activity making more noise when reviewing activity.

View All 1:1 Replies Similar to an inbox, all 1:1 replies are logged and easily accessible for viewing and follow up.

Mass update internal/external status Add ability to mass update the internal/external status for the ideas associated with the impact report. When selecting on the "Update Internal/external status" option within the report, it appears you still have to update each idea individually.

Filter simple text custom fields Add text filtering options to allow filtering of simple text, url, and/or multi-line text.
Use specific criteria like "Equals", "Does not equal", "Begins with", or "Ends with".

Automated Impact Report with Theme and Pain Point Detection Run impact reports more automatically—without needing to manually select filters or inputs. Ideally, it could analyze ideas on its own, identify key themes or patterns (like thematizing), and surface common pain points.

Display Flag Reasons and Resolution Details in Grid View Add columns to the grid view to show why an idea was flagged and, if cleared, how the flag was resolved without needing to open the idea details page.

Use SSO options for roadmaps as authorized users For internal roadmaps, allow option to choose SSO option as authorization to view roadmap.
OR
When a site is restricted, the public roadmap that we share with users is also ideally "restricted" to only SSO users.2 votes
