  2. Email Subset of Subscribed Voters

    We want to be able to select a particular subset of users when using the "Emailing Subscribed Voters" functionality. Ex: If there are 100 customers who have voted for an idea, we may want to select a subset of 10 to email, but still want that communication to live in UV.

    Hello?,

    We’d love to hear a little more about how you’d want to use custom date range filtering on the Idea Insights report.

    Today, the Idea Insights report give you a snapshot of activity in the last 30 days (chatty, trending, this just in) as well as last 6 months (inactive, no status updates in a while).

    Is the goal to customize the date range of one of these section? Both?

  4. Email All Users in UserVoice

    Similar to emailing all supporters of an idea, we would like to email all users in UV to ask for more feedback. We know these users have provided feedback before, so we would like to get their input on future roadmap items, and communicate with that group as a whole

  5. Allow users to allocate priority across their already supported ideas

    For example, each user gets 100 "feedbucks" (still working on that term) that are by default evenly distributed across all their already voted on suggestions. User can then adjust their points to highlight certain suggestions with a higher priority.

    So I could vote up 50 ideas, and my $100 would by default be split to $2 per idea. If I vote for another idea, the split would be cut down to ~$1.96 per idea, but could at any time redistribute my $100 according to priority. No limits to votes, but secondary metric to allow me to communicate priority.

    We’d be interested to hear what other ideas people have for expressing priority?

    I certainly think this would be a valuable data point, especially when trying to assess criticality of the feedback (toward something like renewal or closing a deal). UserVoice already supports the notion of a “blocker,” but only a binary option for internally captured feedback.

    Would a 1-5 scale work? Something in words? Interested in gathering ideas so that we can explore testing those.

  6. Add/Edit Users and Account information

    As a UserVoice client Admin, I would like the ability to update and change Users and Accounts information without needing to do an import so that I have more flexibility in making adjustments.

  8. Shows suggestions associated with an account in Salesforce report

    With the Feedback and Opportunity integration, you can't see the suggestions associated to each account in the Salesforce reports.

    Customers want to see this data, so they can report on adoption and completed ideas they've delivered for customers.

    Hey there! We recently launched Account Insights which is powered by a new UserVoice/Salesforce connector. This connector allows you to map Salesforce Accounts to a status in UserVoice called “Prospects” which would allow you to view all ideas associated with Prospects. We’re not yet syncing Opportunity Objects from Salesforce to UserVoice nor providing additional reporting withing SFDC.

  9. Pull a list of all SF opportunities linked to a specific idea

    It's incredibly important that we be able to pull a report/list of all of the prospects/opportunities that we have linked to a specific UserVoice idea through the Salesforce Opportunity Integration to provide our sales team with a list of prospects to reach out to regarding specific ideas. Just being able to see the numer values in the Suggestions List View is not enough.

    Currently the Salesforce customer trait sync, only syncs user and account traits for customers. Some customers would also like to sync traits for their leads.

  13. Ability to create own reports, flters and dashboards

    Provide the ability for admins to create additional filters, reports and dashboards.

    For example, create a custom filter such as the currently provided 'Customer Activity' option. Eg. Where users > 10 and Votes >= 100

    Similarly, allow the user to create their own dashboards using both OOTB and custom reports.

    It should be possible for privileges to be assigned allowing specified users the ability to create reports, filters and dashboards.

    It should be possible for reports, filters and dashboards to be 'published' so that other users can pick them up.

  15. Filter and display ideas with specific activity during a time range

    When looking at ideas, it would be good to choose a date range, and have the displayed ideas filter to show only those that had activity in that range.
