Custom Roles & Granular Permissions
We're managing feedback across different teams, but everyone either sees everything or nothing. Our engineers, CS team, and execs all need different views and permissions. Without this, we're stuck choosing between oversharing sensitive data or forcing teams into separate systems. Also, it's difficult to give permissions at scale. More granular permissions, combined with Custom Roles, would help us to give the right access while applying custom permission configurations in a scalable way.
