Include default email in reply-to options When you set a default email in the email communications settings, the email doesn't appear in the list when updating the reply-to address in a public status update.
we must manually type the address for reply-to as a custom email, and use the drop down and select for the From field.
Having to manually type it every time leaves much room for user error.

Have Jira item information visible to end-users Want end-users to be able to see where things stand in Jira, along with the Status updates.

Automatic email message when Public Status is changed Would like the message and email notification to be auto-filled when changing the Public Status. Having this feature would massively assist the efficiency of our new back-end procedures and save time for our product team.
For example we have a Status of Already exists and would like to auto-send the following email "Thanks again for sending your idea to us. Having reviewed it, the idea is already available in one of our existing solutions. We've asked our support team to contact you directly to walk you through this alternative solution. You can also contact us via the online Support Portal."

Ability to email SOME Idea subscribers Ability to email only some subscribers. The Outreach functionality does not necessarily solve this need.

Ability to respond to a user's comment publicly and thread the response to the comment being responded to It would be nice to clarify confusion about a product left as a comment on an idea. There have been times in the past that we have used a single idea to almost act as a thread for feedback via comments. Currently, you can only respond privately to one user to address their concern; however it would be helpful to have that information seen publicly to other users, in case they run into the same issue. Updating the status of the idea to address the one comment is somewhat impractical, as it notifies every user that has voted on the…

Use custom email address for 1:1 replies Allow admins to choose a custom email address to show as the From address when replying to a user. Right now, it will use their admin email address.

Be able to set SLAs for Ideas Add functionality to set SLAs for idea response times to keep PMs on top of newly created ideas and our customers happy as each one will receive a response from a PM in a timely manner.

Don't delete my drafted reply just because I navigated away from the browser window When navigating a way from an ideas tab, I would like my drafted reply or comment to not be lost. Its very annoyoing when I'm writing a reply navigate to a different window to see something and then come back only for my progress to be lost becuase I didn't send the reply first.

Custom branding of montly insights e-mail The UserVoice monthly insights e-mail that is sent out to our users is a bit confusing since we've white-labled the site to brand it as "our" idea site. A possibility to modify the subject and the branding of the communication would help our users to understand where this is coming from.

Kanban board view for end-users' submissions It would be fantastic if UserVoice introduced a Kanban board view option for the end user-facing (i.e. non-admin) feedback list. Board columns could represent each status. Thanks for listening!

When emailing subscribed voters, receive email if i am also subscribed If I am a subscriber of the idea as well, I'd like the ability to receive the email from the "email subscribed voters" function. Similar to public status updates.

Status updates push to external communication tools The ability, when updating a status - to push the notification to a tool that sends an SMS to subscribed voters.
Or to a social media app text post like Facebook, twitter, discord channel.

Use DKIM/Custom Email Address in More Email Communications With DKIM enabled and using a default "from" address, automatically use this address for all use-cases, or where possible.

Add Reject option to Ideas It would be nice to have the option to Reject an idea vs just delete, so we can still see the record and reference if we need to.
