Keep Grid View Visible While Navigating to Idea Details Page When navigating to an idea-specific page, users lose visibility of their grid list, which disrupts their workflow. Keep the grid view or idea list visible in a side panel or persistent header to maintain context and track tasks without losing their place. This ensures smoother multitasking and better organization across different ideas.

Default Tab Preference (Details vs. Teams Chat) Set the "Details" tab to open by default when switching between ideas, rather than retaining the last tab viewed (e.g., "Teams Chat"). This ensures consistent access to key information and idea status without the need to manually switch tabs.

Enable Name Editing When Creating Ideas Allow users to edit or assign names when creating ideas, especially when using the feedback extension.

Advanced Filtering on External Account Id We have multiple accounts with the same name which makes it hard to use advanced filtering of the idea grid based on "Account Name". It would be better for us to be able to filter on External ID so we can ensure we are filtering on the correct account

Automated Reporting & Email Summaries Enable native reporting within UserVoice with key capabilities:
-Weekly summaries of idea activity (new, updated, customer vs. internal)
-Visibility into top-voted ideas by product area

Move a category to a new forum Create the ability to move a category to a new forum, migrating the ideas alongside the move. The current option of creating a new category, then bulk moving the ideas over create multiple steps. What are the options for moving an entire category (with it's associated idea), to a different forum in a simpler movement.

Enhancements to public roadmap I want the ability for people to vote for features/ideas directly from the card within the public roadmap. Ideally they'd click on it and there'd be a question, "how helpful would this be for you and your team?" and they could select a response and be added to the idea/feature as a voter

Merging ideas & moderation of comments Please remove the comment moderation step when merging ideas. If I’ve reviewed an idea and decided it should be merged into another, it doesn’t make sense to then have to manually approve the user’s comment afterwards. It’s just an unnecessary extra step.
The goal is to ensure their feedback is carried over, not just their vote - this should happen automatically during the merge.
Please reconsider this flow.

Team Chat Reply In Slack It would be great if you could reply on the Thread created in Slack when you @mention someone, and the whole thread is visible in UserVoice also, maintaining history regardless of source.

Make the Team Chat width adjustable Would be good if the side bar was width adjustable - although it expands a little some of the team chats are lengthy and it's a little tricky to follow the full conversation from this small view.

Tag multiple Salesforce opps from an account into 1 idea To be able to tag multiple opps from an account into 1 idea, as sometimes the accounts total ARR is represented over a few opps so the impact of an idea is not accurately captured

Recommended Labels Visable in Export I'd love it if we were able to understand which labels were applied by the team, and which were AI recommended on the export. After we accept a suggested label, we can see the difference in the Idea Grid based on the color scheme. However, when you export the data, you cannot tell the difference.

Ability for auto tag Currently, we have to put the region data based on the submitter of the ideas. It would be great if we could integrate into our own system and pull regional data based on the idea submitter.

Simplify attaching screenshots to Ideas Attaching screenshots to the ideas has become a nightmare. I can't choose multiple files in one go, and once the first file has been attached, I have no option to attach a second. For that reason I can't add the other screenshots to the idea.

Option to display custom field multiple choice options in a custom (non-alphabetical) order When adding a custom field with multiple options, it'd be useful if these weren't order alphabetically. For example, we have a field that can either be: Small, Medium or Large, however the dropdown lists these options as: Large, Medium, Small. This can be worked around with prefixes etc. But a checkbox ('List alphabetically') that I could uncheck would be ideal.
