Firefox support for Contributor Extension I would like Firefox to be supported for the contributor extension. I use Firefox exclusively at work because I am one of the people who tests our product on Firefox to make sure we're creating a platform that works across the most common browsers. While it seems a small issue, is actually one of the biggest reasons I don't use your product more often

Require Contributor Console Forum Without Default When a contributor is creating an idea, the ‘belongs in forum’ is a little small, and we are finding the users are not prompted well enough to select the correct forum. We defaulted to our internal forum, which is fine. BUT, is there a way to not set a default in this page and force the contributor to select a forum?

Option to Stop Closed Ideas from Appearing in Contributor Portal Search Results I would like the option to prevent closed ideas from appearing in my contributor portal idea search results. When an idea is closed, completed, declined, etc, nobody is going to be referring to it anymore. With thousands of ideas in our database, the odds of a search term returning a closed idea is almost a guarantee, making it harder for them to find the best fit among our currently open ideas.

stack rank ideas by importance Placing a importance high, med, low is great. But too often you get individuals that will rank everthing as "high" to force a priority on their ideas. Ideally it would be great if there was a way for product management to select a set of ideas and ask customers to stack rank them or assess priority of each idea based on a pool of points.
There are many techniques out there that help support this. For example, instead of stack ranking. Give every voter 100 points and ask them to apply those points to a group of ideas. This could…

Reformat contributor notifications to the old format that contained user information Can you please bring back the old contributor notification email back where it contained:
* The text of the feedback that you captured from the customer
* The page you were on when you captured the feedback
* The customer's name, email address, and account
* If the user notified of the status update?This was so helpful for our CSM/AM agents to see who from the customers base they need to follow up with when a feature is released.
Now we don't see this great format with the emails attached to the feature released notification, but we really want…

Admin console refreshes all the page’s layout whenever a label is assigned Since the console got a redesign, it became slow and unruly. Loading labels list is slow, and checking a label from the list forces all the comments below the 'dialog' to update and reload. It all blinks and rebuild each time, for each label assigned. Was not a problem before redesign.

Flagging an idea as important in the admin portal behaves differently than any other console If you flag an idea as important in the admin portal, it only associates this activity with the admin who placed the flag. If you do it elsewhere (console, sidebar, contributor dashboard) then it is associated with the user/account that it is being flagged on behalf of. We would like to be able to do this from the admin console as well.

Show Internal Status updates in Internal Comments Show internal status updates in the Internal comments tab so they don't get lost amongst the All Activity tab that includes a large volume of customer comments

Public Status Text Colour Hi,
The current problem I am facing is that I am allowed to choose colours to the public status background but not the text colour. I have add a custom CSS to change the text colour for the portal (perfect) but when I see the status in the Idea Insights page the text is white. =/
Can I have an option to set the text-colour of the public status that would be applied to the public portal and my Idea Insights page?

The ability for internal team members to upvote an idea on behalf of a customer without needing to add additional feedback Currently, feedback needs to be added when upvoting an idea on behalf of a customer. If the current idea already includes everything and no additional feedback is needed it would be nice for the ability for internal teams to just upvote the idea on behalf of a customer instead of adding something repetitive if it is not needed.

Select multiple forums/statuses in menu of Advanced Filters/Filters etc. using command/ctrl + shift Similar to selecting multiple cells in Google Sheets, it would be convenient to auto-select in between the two clicks for content populating the Advanced Filter/Filter lists.
