Reformat contributor notifications to the old format that contained user information
   
    Can you please bring back the old contributor notification email back where it contained:
 * The text of the feedback that you captured from the customer
 * The page you were on when you captured the feedback
 * The customer's name, email address, and account 
 * If the user notified of the status update?
This was so helpful for our CSM/AM agents to see who from the customers base they need to follow up with when a feature is released.
Now we don't see this great format with the emails attached to the feature released notification, but we really want it back because it was such a valuable for our business feature.
