Inconsistent @mention Functionality in Internal Comments
When attempting to tag admins within comment sections, the system does not reliably display available names as expected. At times, the dropdown will populate with relevant options, but in other instances, no names appear. This inconsistency disrupts workflow and makes it difficult to ensure the right team members are notified.

Internal Comments is now Team Chat!
A new interface for internal collaboration has been released to improve on the way Internal Comments work. Look for Team Chat on the right rail of the Idea Details page.
- @mentions have been improved
- attachments (images and videos) now have an inline preview
- multiple attachments can be added at once
In addition, Public Comments are now their own control, with no overlap with the way internal comments used to work. When using the "Post Public Comment" button on the Idea Details page, only Public Comments can be made. We hope the additional labeling adds clarity and reduces steps.
