Idea List permissions Allow add and create on idea lists for read-only admins
2 votesThank you for your feedback! We now allow admins with read-only feedback management permissions to create and edit personal idea lists.
However, if the idea list is shared, they will only be able to view this list and not add or edit the list.

page loading speed is noticeably slow The overall page loading speed is noticeably slow, which poses challenges, particularly during times of urgency. Specifically, the Tickets page occasionally encounters timeouts, which has been a source of considerable inconvenience. I would greatly appreciate it if improvements could be made to address these issues.

Immediately focus 'Search labels' input field when assigning a new label When I choose to assign a new label while editing an idea in a console, the search field does not get a focus, so I can immediately start typing the name of the label I wan to pick. And since typing is not used for anything else with this dialog displayed, it’s a waste of the modality.
1 voteThe feature to immediately focus the search input field when assigning a new label is now completed, enhancing efficiency in label assignment. You can now seamlessly start typing the desired label name without any delay! Thanks for your feedback!

Add to Idea List from Idea Details Can you also add an option to add an idea to the Idea List from Idea Details screen in the three ... dropdown menu?
1 voteYou can now quickly add an idea to a list on the right rail of an idea detail sheet!
Thanks for you feedback!

Allow sharing with "All Admins" on Lists and Views Create a way to allow a view or a list to shared with all admins on a UV instance. This would allow a quick way for a view or list to be universal without the need to name each user, or to anticipate future users that would be added as admins.
2 votesYou can now share Idea Lists and Grid Views with the entire team of Admins with a single checkbox. Just use the sharing options to use this new feature.

Add extra scrolling in contributor console and extension for small screen sizes Please add scrolling in the feedback capture window in the contributor console and the contributor extension for small screen sizes
1 voteWe've enabled scrolling in the feedback capture window for smaller screens in the contributor console and extension. We appreciate all the feedback that guided this enhancement!

Restore Visibility and Quick Access to the “Moderation” in Grid Layout The recent changes of the header in the grid layout can be quite confusing in the beginning since the "moderation" section changed position (very left to the very right behind a drop down), naming (from "moderation" to "activity"). It's much less visible, requires at least an additional click, doesn't show omnipresent red bubble which indicates the number of ideas/comments that are flagged for moderation and doesn't feel like it fits into the information structure. Just not very comprehendible and quite annoying actually. Could you at least bring back the red indicator plus a way to access the section more quickly?…
1 voteWe've made updates to the top bar to restore the ability to toggle back and forth between ideas and activity.
Thanks for your feedback!

Option to only show Open Ideas in Smart Search for Contributor Extension When the extension completes a smart search, it will search All Ideas instead of just Open Ideas. If you create a search with search parameters, you can then narrow down by Open or All Ideas.
2 votesIn an updated published to the Chrome store today, the default behavior of smart search excludes Closed Ideas. You can still associate feedback with a Closed Idea, if desired, by using the search icon and selecting "All Ideas" as a search filter.

Expand Text Box in Status Update Modal Maximize the space for the text box when creating a status update. It is rather small and needs scrolling for long texts.
2 votesAll status modal text boxes will expand while typing!

Default status update to email subscribers Sometime in the last week or so, you rolled out an update to the public status modal. Ever since then, the box to email subscribers about a status change has been disabled by default.
I would like that to default to being enabled, instead. I've already sent out more than a few status updates trying to communicate w/ a customer not realizing they weren't getting notified about it.
If you can't enable that by default universally, can you create a setting somewhere so I can choose how I would like this to function?
1 voteWe've restored the original behavior in this case. The system will remember the state of whether you have checked the box to email subscribers or not, and use that setting for your next update. This way, you can set your default preference, and that will persist from update to update.

Let me stay on an idea after adding it to a roadmap If I open an idea from the idea grid so that it slides out from the side, and then choose to link that idea to a feature, I can click off the idea and return to the grid to continue working. That's great.
On the other hand, if I use the option "Add Idea to Roadmap", then I can't return to the idea grid. Clicking the back arrow or just clicking off to the side on the idea grid unexpectedly navigates me to the roadmap instead. I have hundreds of ideas to add to various roadmaps and every time I…
1 voteWe have ensured that the navigation after Adding an Idea to Roadmap should be much smoother now!

stack rank ideas by importance Placing a importance high, med, low is great. But too often you get individuals that will rank everthing as "high" to force a priority on their ideas. Ideally it would be great if there was a way for product management to select a set of ideas and ask customers to stack rank them or assess priority of each idea based on a pool of points.
There are many techniques out there that help support this. For example, instead of stack ranking. Give every voter 100 points and ask them to apply those points to a group of ideas. This could…
3 votesGreat news! 🎉 You can now add priorities to Ideas on any Idea List.
How can you use this?
- Empower Your Teams: Have teams like support or sales teams compile a list of product ideas and assign priorities based on company goals or team priorities.
- Plan Your Roadmap: Create a list of ideas you’re considering for the upcoming quarter and rank them to guide your planning.
- Capture Customer Insights: Record the priorities that individual customers assign to their feature requests—helping you better understand what matters most to them.

Save a copy a "saved View" in Admin console IN the admin console, you can create and save and shave a view. It takes time to create a view and save it, but if you want to create a second view similar to an existing view you have to start from scratch and add fields, move them around, create filters. This is alot of work.
Especially if you want the new view to be 90% simliar to a previous view you have created.3 votesSaved Views (now called Grid Views) can be copied now. When you copy a saved view, it will be private (assuming that you want to make changes to the filters/columns/sorts) prior to re-sharing the view if it was already shared.

Merge Match within Select View Merge match should only apply to current ideas in current view
1 voteMerge Match just got a big upgrade. You can now filter the grid to show only Ideas that have a Marge Match candidate. It will honor the filter settings to show you only applicable candidates.
You'll also notice that there is no limit to the number of merge candidates you can cycle through. Back and forward arrows will allow you to skip matches without making a decision on them.
We hope this update allows you to quickly eliminate duplicates from your list of Ideas with a lot more ease!

Change merging search to OR operator While the idea grid search being an AND operator is understandable, using it in searching for merges closes the ability for broadening a search.
Reverting the merging search back to default OR operator opens the merge serge functionality back up.1 voteThe search for Merges is now AI-Driven. Not only will we search keywords, but the system can understand meaning in language and find appropriate Ideas that seem like good matches to the original.

Identify which admin user performed the activity of creating an idea with the 'idea creator' field Be able to identify which admin user submitted an idea with the use of the 'idea creator' field.
7 votesYou're now able to see both who the feedback was from and the name of the admin who captured the feedback.
Right under the description on the Idea Detail sheet, you'll see a line that says:
Created by: (Whose feedback was it) via (Who captured the feedback) | (Date Created)
Let us know if we should make this information available elsewhere!

"Skip" option in AI Merge Match When going through the AI-detected merge matches, it only gives the option to "ignore" the suggestion. "Skip" would be a great addition here, so we can circle back to the ideas if we are unsure if they should be merged or ignored

Detect Windows versions properly Whenever a user posts an idea, their browser version is detected and the OS is guessed.
We figured out UserVoice can’t tell Windows 10 from Windows 11 — which was crucial for a certain problem users encountered.
I don’t know if it’s technically possible to properly detect OS, but at least it should be named 'Windows 10/11', if UV can’t distinguish these.1 voteThanks for letting us know, Egor. We have made a change so this will now display "Windows 10/11".

Remove an idea from a feature As far as I can tell, there is not a way, within the roadmaps and features section, to remove an idea from a Feature? I was able to accomplish this by going to grid view, searching for the idea, clicking on the Features tab within the idea, clicking the feature, and then clicking unlink, which was not intuitive for me. Thanks.
2 votesWe've listened to your feedback and have made it easier to unlink an idea from a feature directly within the roadmaps and features section. Thank you to everyone who contributed their thoughts!
