  1. Admin Console to have "Users & Accounts" to the left-hand sidebar so that it's not hidden behind the "More" section

    Users & accounts being hidden behind "more" in the admin console can be inconvenient and it would make more sense if it was displayed directly on the toolbar

  3. Individual customer feedback portal

    Allows a customer to submit their own ideas and get statuses back on those, but they're not able to see other ideas.

  5. Idea Creation Date Should Include Future Dates

    I recently noticed the update to the Advanced FIlters, more specifically the Idea Creation Date Selector. While I enjoy the new format, I do wish we were able to select future dates again. This allows us to save specific filters that include the entire year as opposed to haveing to frequently update the filter.

  6. Slow Performance on Ideas & Feedback Admin Console with Arc Browser

    The experience on Uservoice is very laggy since the change to the new interface. I'm using the latest version of Arc with a good connection. It seems the longer I use the site clicking through ideas and managing the board the slower everything gets. Performance is really poor.

    Arc is not an officially supported browser, but we're interested in hearing about your experiences with it.


    We were not able to reproduce slow performance within Arc, but that doesn't mean there aren't configurations of the browser we are not aware of that don't perform well.
