Sort by Forum/Category in Admin Portal
I want to be able to sort by the forum/category column (ideally starting with the categories that have the most feedback, but anything would be an improvement!). When reviewing our feedback, this would be extremely helpful in grouping related feedback items, so that we are not jumping across topics. To solve this in the meantime, we've been manually filtering individual categories, but this is not ideal because a lot of our categories only have 2-3 tickets each month, which means we're changing the filter every ~5 minutes during our discussion.
