  1. Filter in Admin Console for ideas with no comments

    I would like to be able to create a view of ideas that do not have any comments.

    Hi everyone,

    While we don’t have a filter for this, you can sort suggestions by number of comments to quickly see all ideas without comments.

    You can also filter ideas to just see ideas with no status update.

  2. Update Suggestions with Import

    I want to append the descriptions of the ideas I just imported, but I cannot do that with the import feature.

    Hi there, we support updating idea descriptions and other information once they have been imported.

  3. Disable comment for completed and closed ideas

    Once an idea is completed or closed I want to disable comments on that idea to avoid redundancy of comments from users and admin.

    You can now configure a ‘status’ to disallow new votes and/or new comments. This applies to all ideas that are in that status. To update your status configurations go to Settings → Feedback Forums → Statuses and then edit the statuses as desired.

  4. New Idea Grid: Add "Select All" Option for filter values

    Having a "Select All" option will make managing filters a large number of options easier to work with.

    We've brought Select All back to idea grid filters like Labels and Forum/Category.
