1. Enhance shared views capability

   Sharing views so that people can have the see the same filtered list of ideas is incredibly useful, e.g. seeing the top ideas by reach, seeing ideas that have been delivered, seeing the ideas that need work on, etc but the current implementation of views makes this challenging because:

   • Anyone you share the view with can edit the view, e.g. change the criteria, change the columns etc and this will impact everyone - you should be able to either define owners of a view who are the only ones who can edit it
   • If you want to share a view with a group of people you have to manually specify them one by one, there is no way of specifying a group of people - in an ideal world I would be able to share a view with everyone in the EMEA Success team for example which could be hundreds of people.

   We've added some functionality that should help with this idea. You can now share Idea Lists and Grid Views with the entire team of Admins with a single checkbox.

   
   

   We'll be working to improve the configurability of list sharing and permissions in the future!
