  1. Harassing emails

    One of our employees complains that she receives a lot of SPAM messages from USERVOICE.
    I am attaching a screenshot and asking you to take care of it.

    Our Technical Success team was alerted to a SPAM issues that occurred Feb 12-13 across multiple accounts.  We've since moved these tickets to SPAM inboxes and deleted all of the created SPAM accounts.

  2. Get emailed when idea has been flagged as important

    Make sure PMs get automatic emails about critical/commit requests

    Hello!


    UserVoice admins now have the ability to receive an email update whenever a contributor flags an idea as important.


    From your admin console, go to General Setting > Communication Preferences > My email subscriptions > Activity Updates. 


    There will be a new activity update for you to subscribe to called, Ideas Flagged as Important.

  3. Publish DMARC for our sending domains

    So our customers can be confident that our emails are not being spoofed, and they can whitelist or domains to ensure deliverability.

  4. Allow end users to unsubcribe from email notifications with one click from the email

    Right now, when you click "unsubscribe" on one of our email notifications, it takes you to the web portal notification settings.

    This requires you to login.

    It would be better if you could click "unsubscribe" and be globally unsubscribed from notifications for that UserVoice subdomain, without having to login again.

    Thank you for the feedback on this! We have updated email notifications, so users can unsubscribe without logging in.

  5. Exclude spam from email notifications

    Ideas marked as spam are included in admin email notifications.

    We are now excluding ideas that are marked as “spam” from our admin email notifications.

  6. Weekly digest - Daily is too often

    A daily digest is too often for me. I would like to go through new ideas once a week.

    The frequency of our new digest email can be adjusted by visiting Settings > Email Subscriptions > Insights — you can choose, Daily, Weekly, or Monthly as options.
