    Just realized you could probably achieve similar functionality using RPX/OpenID.

    The basic version of RPX allows you to request a profile picture, the option to "Use the profile picture from this account" could be added underneath the list of providers on the UserVoice Login page (and selected by default).

    That would be easier to implement than Incarnate. The advantage of Incarnate is no password is needed, you can just quickly see several options.
