    Audit entries should identify the key by a masked label, record the timestamp, endpoint, source IP, and success or failure, and cover creation, rotation, revocation, and use. Never log the secret itself; exportable logs and retention controls would make this useful for incident reviews.

    Please allow questions to vary by board or idea type, with admins choosing which are required and showing follow-up questions only when relevant. A long, identical form for every request could discourage submissions; conditional questions would collect useful context without making simple ideas harder to post. Keep the answers attached to the idea as distinct fields.
