  1. Roadmap Feature Status API Endpoint

    I'm working on some additional reporting and the data I miss is the history of status updated for roadmap features. It works well for ideas and I can extract it via api, but for features there is no endpoint to be able to extract this data.

  3. API endpoint to unassign seats

    Hello Team,

    Currently there's an API endpoint that allows you to deactivate a user. Since most of the time this action is done when terminating a user it would be great if you could create a billing endpoint that allows you to remove seats so that you could automate user offboarding altogether.

  5. Better 4xx error descriptions in responses for Admin API (v2)

    403 {"errors":{"error":"forbidden"}} could be returned due to a few reasons which aren't always quickly apparent. More checks on the back end and informative error description would be really useful in identifying the cause.

  7. Be able to expire user sessions on the backend/API

    The JWT cookie is persistent. It would be good to have a way to end a user session via API on the backend and not rely on the user hitting the logout.js

  8. Fetch count of statuses in a forum using the Admin API

    It would be great to pull the counts of all statuses in a forum using a single request. Right now, I have to make a request per status I have to get the total count of statuses in a forum.

  9. Create UI in the Admin Console to manage API tokens

    Create a place in the Admin Console to manage active API tokens. This would help to manage ones created in the UI that do not expire so they can be easily revoked.

    Alternatively, it would be useful to have an endpoint in the UI to retrieve active tokens with their information such as created date, expiry date, and value.

    Hi everyone!

    Thanks so much for your interest in this. We did start work on this for Helpdesk API, but our focus has since shifted to the UserVoice API.

    After discussing internally, our product team wants to focus on building out our API documentation and endpoints to give more flexibility when building integrations.
