Export Data for Importance Rating Provide external export analysis via csv or excel that reports on importance rating

Show Top Merge Matches Report Ability to see multiple merge match options instead of working through each identified merge match and having to click one by one
2 votesMerge Match just got a big upgrade. You can now filter the grid to show only Ideas that have a Marge Match candidate. It will honor the filter settings to show you only applicable candidates.
You'll also notice that there is no limit to the number of merge candidates you can cycle through. Back and forward arrows will allow you to skip matches without making a decision on them.
We hope this update allows you to quickly eliminate duplicates from your list of Ideas with a lot more ease!

Ability to export report reflective of filters applied Customer would like to see the ability to export idea report that is reflective of their filtered view, instead of seeing all the information/columns that is available. It's good to see all information but in some cases they would like to see an export of what they have filtered out. For example, they would like to see an exported report that just has summary of idea, idea content, number of voters and creation date/last update only.

Default screen for IDEAS & LOGIN to show the ideas, not a dashboard When I login as Admin or click on IDEAS tab in Admin Console, I am taken to Insights. This screen is a long, slow loading page full of data and images.

Contributor Console Not Appearing in "Activity by Source" Report When feedback is captured via Contributor Console, it is not currently showing up in the Activity by Source pie chart. It would be beneficial because the team only uses Console to capture Contributor Feedback, and we would like to easily see how much feedback is being captured in that channel

Report for Ideas Lifecycle They are looking for a report that tracks the concept of ideas submitted vs completed ideas. He wants a report that can illustrate lifecycle of ideas as they progress through stages (statuses) from new idea to completed. He described 2 benefits from this report. One, the ability to better understand their product development process (to see which stages ideas are getting stuck in, and why). Two, to illustrate to leadership the overall impact of UV (we have collected X amount of ideas which have become Y amount of new features)
2 votesWe just launched an update to the Status Update section of the Activity Report. We’re now showing how many times ideas were marked as a certain status within a designated time period as well as the customer reach of every update. Check out the attached image!

Custom time period filter for Activity reports Time period filter should be customizable. Not just 30/90/365 days. We need to choose 1. and last day of a month when doing monthly reports otherwise its useless for us :(

Choose what data is included in the exports Need an easy export based on the filter and columns I might have selected in the suggestion view. Currently I get an export which is a full set of columns that are useless.
55 votesThis is a big one! You can now select which columns of data you would like to include in your exports on the idea table. Check out this video here. You'll notice the column header titles look a little different - we updated how we reference certain column headers to reduce any potential confusion. We haven't changed the way any data is structured or calculated. Excited to hear your feedback!

Optimize Feedback Analysis Report to Load Faster The Feedback Analysis Report takes a long time to load an often fails the first try (and we don't even have a lot of data yet).

Great news! We’ve added internal statues to the suggestion and analysis export. The following columns have been added to the export:
suggestion.internal_status.id suggestion.internal_status.name suggestion.internal_status_update.id suggestion.internal_status_update.body suggestion.internal_status_update.created_timestamp suggestion.internal_status_update.created_by_user.id suggestion.internal_status_update.created_by_user.name suggestion.internal_status_update.created_by_user.email_address

Be able to customize date range for "New customer Activity" column The "New Customer Activity" column shows stats for the last 30 days, but as Product Managers build out reports they at times need to adjust that date range.
This might mean going back in time to pull this for a specific month, or reporting on for a set time period like the month of October or a two week period etc...
3 votesWith our newly designed Ideas page, you can apply a customer activity date range filter that will highlight customer activity for that specified period. This will help you focus on new comments, votes, and ideas.

Be able to pull total number of ideas created, votes cast or comments made for a specific time frame Measuring engagement and activity on a forum over time can be key for customers to track how users are using their forums.
Customers need to be able to set a specific date range, and see:
- total number of suggestions
- total number of votes given or supporters added
- total number of comments made
They need this across all forums or to be able to filter by a specific forum.

Export files in .xlsx format It used to be that I could export and get a link to different file types. Excel seems to be taken away, unless you're exporting data from the Settings panel.
CSV opens a browser tab of unreadable information. Not super helpful.

Filter and display ideas with specific activity during a time range When looking at ideas, it would be good to choose a date range, and have the displayed ideas filter to show only those that had activity in that range.

Last week we released an update to our admin console Idea Grid. One of the new features you have available to you is the ability to track new ideas, new votes, new comments, and new importance ratings per idea for a specific time frame. We've defaulted the idea grid to 30 days to make it easier for you to see these insights when first coming to the grid. This feature isn't supported for "All Time" but you can use our predefined 30, 90, and 365 day options to see this activity. This feature is also supported when using our Custom Date Range builder. Check it out!

Create Features that can contain multiple suggestions Currently, we can only have suggestions which do not map 1:1 to features that are being built. Add a feature section where suggestions can be tied to features.

Admin Analytics Dashboard should allow filtering to specific Forums Right now the analytics dashboard shows data across all forums. It would be ideal to be able to filter this to get stats for each individual forum and be able to export reports on the customer activity (suggestions, votes, comments) for a set time period only within an individual forum.

While we don’t have this for the Dashboard view, you can filter and export data by forum in the Activity and Moderation tab on your account.
Click the lightbulb icon on the left → Click “All Open Suggestions” → Choose the forums you wan to view → Then click the “Activity and Moderation Tab.”
You can manage and export the activity for the forums you select, and even set a date range.

Segment idea stats for specific date ranges Instead of just showing all-time stats for ideas, be able to display stats for ideas for a particular date range.
For example, which ideas gained the most support in the last 90 days? How much feedback have we received in the past week, and what was that feedback? Which product areas received the most feedback last month?
10 votesOur recent Idea Insights release helps answer many of these questions. For more granular date filtering, you can filter the Idea Grid for ideas with the most votes over a specified period of time.
