  1. Allow admins to add attachments to responses, status updates and comments

    Currently, attachments can only be added to ideas, not to admin responses or comments.

    When sending internal status updates, public status updates, or posting comments from the admin console, you now have the ability to include attachments.

  2. Support HTML formatting in forum welcome message

    Right now the Forum welcome message only supports textile formatting. It would be great if it support HTML formatting, like the site welcome message does.

    We’re happy to announce that forum welcome messages can now be edited in an easy-to-use WYSIWYG editor.

    Please note that no welcome messages created before this feature release will have to be redone. For your convenience, we’ve ensured that all existing forum welcome messages are still properly displayed.

    We recently updated the look and feel of all feedback-related email templates. You can now add your brand’s colors and logo to emails sent to your customers.
