In the Admin Console, hide “closed” ideas by default It would be very useful to view only ideas that are "not closed" (all ideas that have been responded to as well as those which have not been responded to in one search). The current view is difficult to navigate due to the number of items that have been shipped or declined being mixed with other ideas.

Choose what data is included in the exports Need an easy export based on the filter and columns I might have selected in the suggestion view. Currently I get an export which is a full set of columns that are useless.
55 votesThis is a big one! You can now select which columns of data you would like to include in your exports on the idea table. Check out this video here. You'll notice the column header titles look a little different - we updated how we reference certain column headers to reduce any potential confusion. We haven't changed the way any data is structured or calculated. Excited to hear your feedback!

Display when a suggestion received votes over time Being able to view the last time an idea received a vote would be a handy feature to have - being able to see if there are older ideas with few votes and no recent activity would help determine whether or not to decline that idea.

Ability to print or export the Activity Report Allow me to print or export the dashboard so I can present it to my Exec team.
37 votesWe just released a new feature that allows you to download the Activity Report as a PDF. This is a great way to quickly share your UserVoice activity with colleagues and stakeholders. You can also download each individual chart as an image, making them easy to add to documents and presentations.

Filter ideas based on created date range When viewing an idea in the admin console, you can see the date it was created. This is sort of helpful, but you still have to count backward to determine the age of the idea.
It would be helpful if the actual age of the idea was also shown for admins. Like created 2 weeks ago, or 1 month ago, or 2 years ago. This way they can quickly see how old the idea is.
It would also be helpful if you could then filter ideas based on the age. So you could view all ideas that are 1 month…

Idea creation date is a new filter available to you with advanced filtering. It allows you to identify ideas created in a time range you determine.

Filter dashboard stats by date range The one item I thought I would see in the beta reports was customizable reporting on how much activity we see to the site (not just tickets). The number of visits is reported on the main dashboard page, but you can't filter the date range (it just shows you a running month, which isn't really helpful for historical reporting purposes). I have found the information on tickets by week, but I'd love to also be able to report on how many people (we think) are using the site to find answers, not just submit tickets.

A couple weeks back we launched a new date picker on the Activity Report that gives you the ability to filter your reports by a custom time period. If you haven’t been to the activity report lately, check it out today.

Filter and display ideas with specific activity during a time range When looking at ideas, it would be good to choose a date range, and have the displayed ideas filter to show only those that had activity in that range.

Last week we released an update to our admin console Idea Grid. One of the new features you have available to you is the ability to track new ideas, new votes, new comments, and new importance ratings per idea for a specific time frame. We've defaulted the idea grid to 30 days to make it easier for you to see these insights when first coming to the grid. This feature isn't supported for "All Time" but you can use our predefined 30, 90, and 365 day options to see this activity. This feature is also supported when using our Custom Date Range builder. Voter demographics (who is voting?) Some customers are bigger revenue-drivers for us. Consequently their feedback is more valuable to us. It should be possible to organize customers into voting classes or groups, so that, for example, "Revenue 500" customers' votes carry more weight when the votes are counted. The weight factor should only be visisible to UserVoice administrators of course.

Default screen for IDEAS & LOGIN to show the ideas, not a dashboard When I login as Admin or click on IDEAS tab in Admin Console, I am taken to Insights. This screen is a long, slow loading page full of data and images.

Segment idea stats for specific date ranges Instead of just showing all-time stats for ideas, be able to display stats for ideas for a particular date range.
For example, which ideas gained the most support in the last 90 days? How much feedback have we received in the past week, and what was that feedback? Which product areas received the most feedback last month?

Export Data for Importance Rating Provide external export analysis via csv or excel that reports on importance rating

Be able to pull total number of ideas created, votes cast or comments made for a specific time frame Measuring engagement and activity on a forum over time can be key for customers to track how users are using their forums.
Customers need to be able to set a specific date range, and see:
- total number of suggestions
- total number of votes given or supporters added
- total number of comments made
They need this across all forums or to be able to filter by a specific forum.

Export files in .xlsx format It used to be that I could export and get a link to different file types. Excel seems to be taken away, unless you're exporting data from the Settings panel.
CSV opens a browser tab of unreadable information. Not super helpful.

Create Features that can contain multiple suggestions Currently, we can only have suggestions which do not map 1:1 to features that are being built. Add a feature section where suggestions can be tied to features.

add "supporters in time period" column to forum activity export On the forum activity export, there is a column for "votes in time period". There is also a column for "supporters", but not one for "supporters in time period".
It would be useful to have this column included, so you can see the amount of supporters an idea has received in a given time period.

Optimize Feedback Analysis Report to Load Faster The Feedback Analysis Report takes a long time to load an often fails the first try (and we don't even have a lot of data yet).
