Drop the New Passwordless Email-Based Login System The new passwordless login mechanism (magic.link) takes up to 30 seconds to use. Our organization uses Office 365 and the email login links take 20-30 seconds to appear in our inboxes. Please offer a traditional password-based login mechanism.

Support multiple tenants for SSO SAML We have multiple SSO providers that our customers/users can use to authenticate. It would be very helpful if UserVoice enabled multiple SSO providers be configured.
21 votesThanks for your patience everyone, we are happy to announce that this is completed!
You can now use multiple tenants in your UserVoice SSO authentication settings.

Microsoft Account (MSA) SSO Provide SSO support for MSA. MSA encompasses Microsoft provided accounts, such as @live, @hotmail, and @microsoft only.
Adding this support would allow a forum to remain public, while still being mandatory for users to sign in to their MS account if they want to leave feedback, vote, or comment on an idea.

Simplify admin login form (/admin/signin) The login page is terrible UX. Why hide the username and password for your most valuable customers? Also why not just place username/pwd fields straight up on the page instead of a dynamic reveal. This confuses me every time.
134 votesHi everyone! We recently rolled out improvements to our admin sign- in page (/admin/signin).
Those updates include:
-No more disappearing password field if an incorrect email is entered.
-If incorrect credentials are entered, we will give the standard message “incorrect email and/or password was entered.”
-Works with password management utilities.
If you have any questions or feedback on these changes, let us know!

Ability to sign in using Microsoft Live ID It would be nice to provide the option of authentication to this site with one's Microsoft Live ID, especially considering you offer Google authentication.

Support Password Management Utilities With the new UserVoice login screen, a regression was introduced where password management tools (such as the Mac OS X keychain) can no longer be used to automatically fill in the username and password.
Due to past identify theft issues, I now have a different, random, 20-character password for every single website on the Internet, so allowing the Keychain to automatically fill in password forms is a huge benefit to me since I can't remember any of the 513 passwords stored in my Keychain!
75 votesHi everyone! We made some updates to our admin and end user log-in forms, so they work significantly better with password management tools.
If you have any questions or feedback on these changes, let us know!
