Hey there! We recently launched Account Insights which is powered by a new UserVoice/Salesforce connector. This connector allows you to map Salesforce Accounts to a status in UserVoice called “Prospects” which would allow you to view all ideas associated with Prospects. We’re not yet syncing Opportunity Objects from Salesforce to UserVoice, but are interested in learning more about what you’d do with this information once it’s in UserVoice.

An error occurred while saving the comment Will Patterson commentedI too would love to have a UserVoice object on the Account and Contact record that showed all of the submitted Ideas/Feedback, with their related status and UserVoice fields.
It would make it easy for CSM's about to do a QBR to know going into the meeting if there had been any recent submissions and if product had considered or began work on anything important.
It's highly important from the CS dept perspective to be aware of what ideas/feedback are coming in as we're on the front lines and have the direct relationships with customers.. We're often the ones Product reaches out to first before communicating with the customer.
As a CS leader, it's another data point and something I can bring up and point to as a direct feature/idea we might be losing revenue/retention on.
