Intercom Integration
It would be great to integrate with Intercom so that I can better keep track of all user interactions. I have separate conversations with registered users on Intercom and UserVoice, which can get a little confusing.
I love how UserVoice keeps track of the users' actions (votes, comments, etc.) but having the ability to align that with the community messages and interactions I am having on the Intercom platform would be amazing.

I have used Uservoice before with a former company. They had the ability to 'Post Ideas' directly from their application and then access the Uservoice system to upvote other customer-submitted ideas. I would love to be able to do the same with our application.
We use intercom for all of our support tickets and resources and I asked about this potential integration to see if customers could post their ideas to Uservoice through the Intercom popup we have in our application

I agree with Jeff. We are hesitant to add another widget to our product and may not add the UV widget. Intercom just upgraded their messenger and we'd love to put a uservoice app within it to collect feedback. We use another tool for survey collection so not a big deal to us if NPS is included. The value for us would be votes and ideas.

I would suggest that that the first thing to do would be to create a Uservoice panel that would live in the Intercom messager widget that would provide the same functionality as the Uservoice widget. Collect feedback or NPS scores.

We too are exploring moving to intercom for support and would love to link our product suggestions on uservoice back to the intercom conversations

Would like for the contributor sidebar to not pop up in a separate window when on the intercom page. It should pop up in line for the best experience.

We are thinking about implementing Intercom and UserVoice. How hard is it to manage conversations across both platforms? Do the benefits of having both outweigh the negatives of having two places with customer conversation going on?

I'm not sure of the best way to intergrate the two, but I would like to be able to help to onboard our customers by using intercom to connect with them when they are in our Uservoice forum.
