    The previous Slack app had unfurling of links that were sent as part of the functionality. This is no longer part of the new slack app and we are requesting that it be added.

  2. Shows suggestions associated with an account in Salesforce report

    With the Feedback and Opportunity integration, you can't see the suggestions associated to each account in the Salesforce reports.

    Customers want to see this data, so they can report on adoption and completed ideas they've delivered for customers.

    Hey there! We recently launched Account Insights which is powered by a new UserVoice/Salesforce connector. This connector allows you to map Salesforce Accounts to a status in UserVoice called “Prospects” which would allow you to view all ideas associated with Prospects. We’re not yet syncing Opportunity Objects from Salesforce to UserVoice nor providing additional reporting withing SFDC.

  4. Include leads in Salesforce customer traits sync

    Currently the Salesforce customer trait sync, only syncs user and account traits for customers. Some customers would also like to sync traits for their leads.

  5. Run a historical sync on the SFDC Connector when you update a field in the config

    When you update the config for the SFDC Connector, the changes will only affect new Accounts, and Accounts modified after the changes. It would be useful if the field was updated for existing Accounts in the next sync.

  6. Allow SFDC Connector Auth Update Without Deleting The Config

    You have to delete your Connector configuration if you need to update/change the auth. It would be great if the config was saved or if the auth was decoupled from the wizard so that you can easily update the auth without having to delete it entirely.

  12. Jira Integration - Surface error if link fails in Jira in the linking dialogue

    When you link an Idea to Jira, if the Idea fails to populate on the Jira side there's no error surfaced in UserVoice. It fails silently in the background but still populates in UserVoice.

    It would be helpful to receive an error in UserVoice as you link it, and then determine if you want to proceed or not.

  15. Pull a list of all SF opportunities linked to a specific idea

    It's incredibly important that we be able to pull a report/list of all of the prospects/opportunities that we have linked to a specific UserVoice idea through the Salesforce Opportunity Integration to provide our sales team with a list of prospects to reach out to regarding specific ideas. Just being able to see the numer values in the Suggestions List View is not enough.

  18. Slack Integration: Use Suggested Label instead of Categories to send to channels

    Now that we are autopopulating label suggestions, can we allow the integration to use those instead of Categories to determine which ideas get sent to a channel.

    Categories are customer-defined (so not always correct) and more importantly much to broad for all our various product teams. If we were able to set the conditional logic to the suggested labels, although not going to be 100% accurate, they will be better than Categories, AND much more specific to be sent to individual product team channels.

    This would help immensely to ensure our Product teams are staying on top of their new…
